Delivery Advice

 

Whether you have ordered already or are considering making an order we know that how and when you receive your products is important to you. Below is some information to help you to know what to expect.


Based on the products you choose, the total and your delivery location you may qualify for free standard delivery. In this case, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout. To estimate delivery on your order please check our delivery estimation calculator in the checkout.

 

We’ll send you regular email updates on your order. Your order will be delivered by one of our helpful delivery couriers. Please ensure that you have a suitable space prepared and personnel at the delivery address to receive the products as if we are unable to deliver your products they may be returned to us as undeliverable.

Delivery charges

 

The cost to ship items varies by item, shipment and delivery option. Betahome works closely with its carriers to provide a competitive delivery experience for our customers. Exact delivery charges are determined at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight and volume of all the items in the cart, but basic guidelines for estimating delivery costs are provided below for your reference.

The total shipping cost is calculated by adding the "Per Shipment" cost and the "Per Item" cost. The "Per Item" cost may be based on the number of items, the weight, or volume (referred to as the dimensional weight) of each package. "Per Item" costs listed below as applying per pound apply to actual weight and dimensional weight.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable.

 

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

 

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?

 

Most packages are delivered on time. In rare occasions, orders show up after the estimated delivery date.
