How do I send the goods?
Please contact our customer service experts before taking any action.
- Avoid sending goods without coordination first with BetaHome customer service.
- To be shipped the item must be well packed in its original box or carton with all accessories and packaging included with the item.
- Labeling or writing descriptions, addresses, or any other items on the carton or main box of the item or tearing it apart will eliminate the possibility of using our return guarantee. (If necessary, write your description on a separate invoice or piece of paper.)

Submit your application for a return via one of the following methods:
- Call our aftersales department on 88611023.
- Send your request via the online heldesk by creating a new ticket within your account section, with your name and contact number.

Technical experts and the after-sales personnel at BetaHome will investigate customer-reported defects as soon as possible and if your refund is confirmed, your account will be refunded. Your product will be returned and no refund given if they do not approve.
